30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are unopened and in their original packaging. Opened or used items cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with you to issue a replacement or refund, and file a claim with the carrier if necessary.

• Only purchases made directly from VibralitySupplements.com are eligible.
• International orders may have limitations based on shipping regulations.
• Wholesale or unauthorized third-party purchases are not covered.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@vibralitysupplements.com with your order number. We will provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
